Cars are designed and built by engineers and designers, then drivers put them to their particular use. But there are also other groups of people who make laws, manage firms or teams and who organise events. In order to group these people for practical purposes we feel we can split them into "Motoring Personalities"; those who work in the governments and road car companies, and "Motorsports Personalities"; those who organise race teams or race designers. Even then we find people who could fit into all four categories; well, nothing is ever perfect!
